The F20 automatic express carton sealing machine is a professional paper tape sealing equipment specially developed for carton sealing work in beverage and apparel industries. Equipped with a fully automatic dimension detection and self-adaptive adjustment system driven by photoelectric carton size sensing technology, this machine adopts high-precision photoelectric sensors to capture the dimensional data of cartons in real time. The moment a carton is sent into the feeding area, the photoelectric sensing device quickly scans the carton outline to accurately measure the width and height of the carton, and transmits signals to adjustment motors synchronously. The motors automatically drive the side conveying mechanisms and upper sealing components to lift, lower and translate for size adaptation, with zero manual operation required during the whole process, realizing fully unattended automatic size matching.

This machine adopts a side transmission structure, which is superior to models with single bottom conveyor belts. Cartons are clamped and conveyed synchronously on both sides with balanced force, so thin express paper boxes, hard beverage packaging cartons and folded clothing gift boxes will not slip, tip over or jam during transportation, greatly improving the continuous operation stability of the assembly line.
